​Gentle Yoga
​At Sincerely Yoga & Massage our yoga practice is tailored around a Gentle Flow that is suitable for all levels. Each class will begin with a "Gentle Approach" while also offering options to "Power Up" your practice. You will always receive fresh content including class themes and targeted focus. A weekly menu will be provided on our Facebook page and delivered via email.

Yoga Lite

You are ready to step onto your yoga mat, but you are newer to the practice. Maybe you don’t have much flexibility or you just want to move at a slower pace. Your yoga journey starts here!  Your instructor will guide you through the basic poses, teach you how to incorporate props, and truly make the practice accessible for you. This slower-paced practice is ideal for
-beginners
-tighter bodies
-anyone that appreciates a slow flow
Keep learning as you grow! Each week will bring a new focus and flow. No previous experience required.

Barre
Strengthen and stretch your entire body with this low-impact, high-energy workout.  Barre is a fusion of ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga & strength training.  Each class will incorporate classic moves such as plies, alongside static stretches and high reps of small range movements with or without weights.  Prepare to be encouraged with positive thoughts and affirmations throughout the class leaving you inspired and refreshed.

Barre Lite
You’ve been meaning to try barre, but stepping into a class feels intimidating.  Maybe you don’t know the fancy lingo or have much coordination. If you are ready to get hooked on a HEALTHY HABIT, this is the place to start.  A regular barre practice will improve your balance, build strength, improve flexibility, burn calories, and improve stability through a stronger core.  As you become more comfortable and fit, you can ramp up the intensity by adding weights.
This slower-paced workout is ideal for
-beginners

-tighter bodies

-anyone ready to improve their overall fitness without complex choreography 

Each week your instructor will deliver fresh content so you can keep learning as you grow!

​Private Yoga Session
We will start with the basics and progress when you are ready.  This class is ideal for anyone seeking one-on-one support, beginners, and prenatal clients. You are welcome to share the experience with a group of friends. Up to 11 participants can be accommodated in a session.

Studio Policies
Please book online to reserve your space in class.  Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

Class Passes expire 70 days from the date of purchase.

Studio doors open 15 minutes before the start of class.


Special events, workshops, and YOMASSAGE are not included with the class passes unless otherwise noted.

The studio will provide sanitized blocks at no additional fee.  Please bring your own if you prefer.

Class Offerings, Prices, and Schedules are subject to change without notice.

In the event a class will be cancelled, registered participants will be notified via email.
