Your First Breath - An Intro to Yoga
Taking your first step into yoga can feel overwhelming - we make it simple in this private intro session, you'll be gently introduced to the foundations of yoga in a supportive one-on-one setting.
You'll learn how to use props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, and mats to make each pose accessible and comfortable. The session includes instruction in basic postures, a guided mini-flow, and suggestions for continuing your practice with confidence.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after time away, this session is designed to give you the tools, understanding, and encouragement to step onto your mat with ease.
After your intro, you'll have the option to upgrade to a five-class pass for just $25 more - the perfect way to carry your practice forward.
30 minute Session $35

Studio Policies
Please book online to reserve your space in class. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
Class Passes expire 70 days from the date of purchase.
Private Yoga Sessions require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Otherwise full amount of the service is expected.
Studio doors open 15 minutes before the start of class.
Group classes are not structured to support prenatal clients. To provide the safest and best experience possible, prenatal clients will be accommodated through private yoga sessions only.
Special events & workshops are not included with the class passes unless otherwise noted.
The studio will provide sanitized blocks at no additional fee. Please bring your own if you prefer.
Mat Rental is $3 and may be reserved at the time of scheduling.
Class Offerings, Prices, and Schedules are subject to change without notice.
In the event a class will be cancelled, registered participants will be notified via email.
